All our potential tenants are required to
complete an application form. Details regarding your references and other personal and
work enquires will be noted through this application form.
For a single applicant a non-refundable fee of
£100 is charged and £140 for joint applicants (+ vat). No tenancy agreement will
be drawn for applicants below the age of 18 years
